There are so many small ways to mess up an order without giving the customer a legitimate reason to complain. This person who works at Olive Garden has a few strategies for getting back at rude customers.

When rude customers ask for soup, they only get broth, and if they order a salad, they get very light dressing. This person probably thinks they’re ruining their meal, while in fact, some people might not even notice the difference. This is actually very mild revenge; this person doesn’t have a very criminal mind, but maybe that’s a good thing. It makes us wonder how people can actually get mad at him.
