#33: Whoa, Calm Down
As we’ve seen in many examples before, you don’t want to mess with the people who make or wrap your food. There are so many small ways to mess up an order without giving the customer a legitimate reason to complain. This person who works at Olive Garden has a few strategies for getting back at rude customers.

When rude customers ask for soup, they only get broth, and if they order a salad, they get very light dressing. This person probably thinks they’re ruining their meal, while in fact, some people might not even notice the difference. This is actually very mild revenge; this person doesn’t have a very criminal mind, but maybe that’s a good thing. It makes us wonder how people can actually get mad at him.
