#25: Refund Revenge
This ex-cashier pulled no punches when it came to revenge on rude customers back in the day. He would unashamedly double charge rude people for things, and they wouldn’t notice until after the transaction. Then, if they wanted their money back, they’d have to wait in the dreaded customer service line.
This was a brutal way of getting back at rude customers, but we cannot help but feel bad for the customer service staff that had to deal with these people afterward. Disgruntled customers would probably be in an even worse mood than before, and customer service would have to deal with the brunt of it. It’s a satisfying revenge tactic but not well thought out.
