You’d think that after decades of cellphone use, people would have picked up on some basic manners. However, many customers still think it’s okay to talk on their cellphone while checking out at a store. It’s impolite and indicates that you think you’re above the employees at the store. One person said they deal with this by being as loud as possible while the customer is talking on the phone.
