#3: Kill Them With Kindness
Here we have another counterintuitive way of getting back at rude customers. When this person worked as a server, there would be the occasional rough table. The staff would tell everyone that the table needed “special attention,” and then all the servers would get to work. Instead of ignoring the rude guests, they would harass them with kindness.
All the servers would stop by the rude table and ask if they needed anything. They would even bring up random items and ask if they needed them. What would they be able to complain about? The fact that the wait staff was extra attentive? We love this petty approach to customer service. Maybe these service workers are on to something.
