#7: Hotel H-E-L-L
If you learn anything from this list, never be rude to hotel employees. They can make your stay miserable, and you won’t even consciously notice it. Hotel check-in clerks have all the power in their hands when you first arrive. They decide where your room will be and can give room upgrades as they see fit.
If you act heinous, don’t be surprised if you get a hotel room next to the elevator or the bustling pool. If there’s a family with triplets staying at the hotel, they’ll be sure to book your rude self in the room next door. Try to make their jobs difficult for any unnecessary reason, and they WILL book you in the room next to the loud industrial ice machine.
