Why do some customers who never worked service jobs think they’re better than everyone? It’s a question for the ages to which we may never have an answer. This person shared her experience with one of these customers when she worked behind a makeup counter at the mall. We guarantee you’ll roll your eyes at the customer’s question. 

This person was filling a free makeup sample for the customer. This woman must have been having a bad day and wanted to spread her rotten attitude around because she asked the employee, “Do you even know what you’re doing?” This condescending question made the employee so mad that they left the sample half open in the customer’s bag so it would spill everywhere. Hm, guess she didn’t know what she was doing, huh?
