Retail Workers Share the Small Ways They Get Back at Rude Customers

The Walmart pickup department is a wild place to work. Walmart employees have seen it all, and there are universal customer service rules that all pickup staff can agree upon. One of those rules is if a customer is rude, their order is the last one employees will take out to the car. 

One Walmart employee shared that they’ve had people honk their horns from outside the store as a way to demand pickup. They’ve also experienced the usual awful yelling and tantrums from customers. Dragging their feet and slowing down the pickup process for these customers is a tiny way they exert their power and teach these people a lesson.
