Wind turbines are one of the best ways to generate clean, renewable energy. Some governments understand this perfectly and have fields that are filled with these tall machines. You’ll never really know how big they are until you see one up close. Or, if you see one of their blades just lying on the street of an urban city.

That enormous white thing in the image is a single blade from one of these wind turbines, and it is much larger than we’d have ever imagined it to be. Now think of it – each turbine has three of these, so it is a very intimidating presence to stand under.
