On the unfortunate occasion that you get to witness a building on fire, fire trucks access water through these, so they don’t need to pull up with finite supplies.

It’s relatively plain, considering that the rest is just black pipe (we’d have liked it to be red like the rest of it, but they weren’t on the same vibe).
