25. Trucks Rule the Roads
Well, it turns out Texas isn’t the promised land of cowboy lore and endless deserts we’ve heard about; rather, despite its mythic reputation, subscribes to the same suburban sprawl and daily grind as anywhere else with its large trucks that crowd the roads.
In Texas, it seems every second vehicle is a truck, possibly a nod to the state’s go-big-or-go-home ethos.
