Another joke for the movie buffs out there. With Robert Pattinson’s new turn as an angstier, more emo Batman, it seems like he is trying hard to be taken seriously as an actor. In fact, most of his movie roles lately have seemed to be chosen with that purpose in mind. And really, more power to him. He deserves some good movie roles.

But for a lot of us, we are never going to stop thinking of him as Edward Cullen. His appearance as a conflicted, vegetarian vampire with a love for playing baseball and pursuing personality-less mortals was memorable, to say the least. But the movies were wildly successful and made him a household name, so I guess those of us who aren’t movie stars don’t have a lot of room to scoff.
