Equal Rights
Being young, fun, and popular, Suzzane Somers was a household name back in the 1970s for her main role in Three’s Company. The popular show might have been the best of its time in terms of comedy, but when it came to equal rights of the actors, the show didn’t pay much attention.

When Somers objected to not being paid as much as her male co-stars and wanted a raise, her demand was not only rejected but she was also forced to leave the show. Hopefully, the TV industry in the present era focuses on the equal rights of the performers.
