People Share Their Weirdest, Most Awkward Thanksgiving Dinner Moments

Someone is always late to Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. If they are only a few minutes late, it’s customary to wait until they arrive. All bets are off when someone is extremely late, though. People get hangry! This guy’s aunt was over an hour late to dinner but expected the entire family to hold off on turkey time until she arrived. 

They didn’t wait because why would they? By the time she arrived, dinner was underway. She completely lost it and began yelling at everyone for eating without her like it wasn’t her own darn fault. This was a very dramatic scene, to say the least. Some family members are still salty about it and refuse to talk to the aunt to this day.
