#20: Interesting Organ-ization
This one sounds really gross when you hear it. I think, though, that in actual practice, it’s not as disgusting as it sounds; it’s not as though body parts are just lying about the place, slipping and sliding with every moment of the plane. And it’s not as though your pets are running wild back there either.

After all, organ transplants are more precious than gold. People may wait on the transplant list for years before something becomes available. And when an organ becomes available, there’s a good chance it’s the only thing standing between this person and death. So I think organ transplant agencies are really quite careful with this sort of thing.
