#48: Bad Financial Advice
For most people, entering into debt is a terrifying prospect. No one wants to be riddled with financial stress for a prolonged period when they don’t have to be. While this makes a lot of sense and is a very sensible way of thinking, most people tend to forget that you have to spend money to make money.

So, instead of scaring people from making financial decisions, we should be given the tools to understand how to make good decisions with our money. We should not just say, “Debt is bad, don’t spend money.” This way of thinking doesn’t get anyone in a financially stable position in the long term.
