#39: Sometimes, You Just Need to Let Go
Yeah, you hear it all the time, be strong, blah blah blah. But guess what? It’s okay to not be okay. Life’s tough, and sometimes you’re not the superhero; you’re the one who needs saving. And that’s fine. Everyone’s got those days when they’re more a deflated balloon than a pumped-up tire. It’s not about being invincible; it’s about being human.

You take a hit, wallow a bit, and dust yourself off when you’re good and ready. There is no shame in having a meltdown. Let it out, have a good cry, eat that tub of ice cream. Then, when you’re feeling a bit more like yourself, you get back up. That’s the real strength — not the never-falling-down part, but getting back up afterward and continuing.
