Blatant Objectification
The details of this story seem completely illegal to me, but at this point, I am not surprised to hear that certain Hooters waitresses needed to sign a contract stating that they would not sue their employer over sexual harassment. Hopefully, this is not something more companies are actually putting into practice!

Still, that does not make this situation right. Preventing your workers from taking legal action against sexual harassment facilitates that reprehensible behavior. I’m hopeful that any Hooters worker who experiences sexual harassment speaks to law enforcement so that justice can be served.
