Makeup is a Must
Looking the part as a Hooters waitress is not just about having your uniform squared away. You must also go through a specific makeup and hair routine. After reading the details of what that entails, we can only imagine that getting ready to work a shift at Hooters takes longer than if you’re working for a different establishment.

A quick look at a group of Hooters workers reveals a level of uniformity that is impressive to a degree. Apparently, these minimum makeup requirements are a big part of why that is possible. Still, I prefer a workplace that lets employees have a bit more freedom over their personal expression, but who am I to judge what appears to be a successful operation?
