There’s a feature on all cars that many people don’t seem to know about. You see, there’s this little stick on the left-hand side of every steering wheel. We’re serious. It’s in every single car! That mysterious stick sets off a light that indicates to other drivers where you intend to go on the road. For example, if you’re turning left, you push the stick down to set off the left-hand light. 

It’s a miraculous feature, really. Imagine being able to tell other drivers where you are turning. It’s almost like this magic turning signal stick is installed as a safety feature. In all seriousness, more people should remember to use their turning signals. No one is a mind reader, and the world does not revolve around those who want to turn without signaling.
