Many of us might assume this secret feature is common knowledge, but maybe we’re wrong. In case you didn’t know, your toaster has a crumb tray on the bottom that you can pull out and clean out from time to time. If you’ve never taken advantage of this feature, we recommend you go check it out on your toaster.
It’s surprising how many crumbs fall through the cracks of an average toaster. It’s kind of gross, really. We love it when household items make themselves easier to clean. Besides, a toaster tray full of crumbs can create a fire hazard. Remember to clean that thing out regularly for peace of mind.
