Apparently, this clear, round-shaped object is called a “flower frog,” and it’s used to arrange flowers inside a pot. The object fits inside the pot, while the flower stems go through the holes. That way, you can have a beautiful bouquet or flower arrangement. We don’t know what frogs have to do with that, but we’ll take his word for it.
