#11: Water Isn’t One Size Fits All
It’s true that humans need water, but the actual amount propagated by ads and online articles isn’t correct. There is no need to drink a gallon of water each day to be healthy. In fact, many people don’t have access to clean drinking water and have to survive off water sources from fruits and milk or risk getting sick.
That said, don’t stop drinking water just because the facts are a bit stilted! Water is good for you. It keeps you hydrated, keeps your pores healthy, and helps your body function at the optimal level. Without enough water intake, you could have kidney stones and constipation. Drinking pure water is the easiest way to keep track of your intake. Remember, if you’re thirsty, you’re already a bit dehydrated!
