In the past few years, we have seen a great diversity of cooking competition shows. However, we can’t deny that Master Chef still holds the title of the most popular reality cooking show. The American franchise alone has a whooping of 19 seasons in total! There are currently 35 different variations of Master Chef.

Like many other reality tv shows, we are curious to know how the dynamics of the show really work. Apparently, the countdown – the part where the contestant has the last few minutes to deliver their plate to the judges – is extremely strict! Honestly, I would never be able to participate in this show because the countdown alone gives me major anxiety.
