A Different Reality: Ex-Participants Are Giving Us A Sneak Peak Into The Curious World of Reality TV Shows

If dating shows fail to be fair with their participants, at least cooking shows seem to have a more honorable practice when it comes to fairness. Considering a lot of reality tv is fabricated, it is actually surprising that Master Chef would implement such fair practices. Kudos to them!

Even though this seems really cool and all, I can’t help but wonder if having someone watching all of your moves doesn’t make you extremely nervous – especially when you’re already in front of hundreds of cameras and famous judges. Yet again, another reason why my anxious self couldn’t handle the Master Chef pressure!
