#13 The Customer is Always WRONG
It’s hard to say where we land with this one. On one hand, the ranch is necessary, so please do a solid and bring it. At the same time, it’s also so essential; how could one forget to order it? Regardless, I’m glad this customer didn’t have to endure a sad ranchless meal thanks to our grumpy delivery guy.
This whole conversation took me on a rollercoaster ride of emotions: Are they about to fight? Will the customer get the ranch? Are we all destined to suffer a life without condiments? They don’t just give out free ranch to people anymore, those precious days are long gone! Thank God Todd came to the rescue, but the customer could have at least said they are tipping an amount that covers the ranch.
