10. Does This Angle Make Me Look Fat?
Raise your hand if you don’t really pay attention to a Zoom meeting because you’re busy staring at yourself and trying to get a nice flattering angle or judging your face. Or your outfit. Or your hair. Yeah, me too. In my opinion, it’s not that different from normal in-person meetings.
The primary difference is that in Zoom meetings, you have an external distraction for all the normal internal insecurities you’d be wrestling with anyway. Besides that, no one wants to be there, so the atmosphere is the same. The devil is in the details, they say, but when it comes to company meetings, I beg to differ.
