Some might argue the title of this panel should probably be “working from work.” The moral of the story, I think, is that work-life balance is hard to achieve no matter where you are and what you do. The commute and social life of work can be draining, but the lack of boundaries that can arise from working at home if you’re not careful is also a risk.
Thus, it’s very important to try and get that seesaw balanced; otherwise, always having work at your fingertips can become all-consuming. Don’t do that. The purpose of working from home is often intended to encourage that work-life balance.
