I can’t tell if this is a metaphor for something or just absurdism dialed up to 100. Probably a bit of both. At some point you stop sitting on your couch, you become the couch. It is a state of mind, a state of being, that is further perpetuated by working from home and never leaving it at all. Oh.
Maybe that’s why they always say to go outside and touch grass, I think we all need it. I’m tired of these four walls, man. I need the sky over my head, and the wind on my face, and a few rocks and trees to climb. …Wait, now I sound like a monkey.
