#28: Ross Ignores His Birthday
Turning a decade is a significant feat, although most people view it on the negative side after the age of 30. Turning 30 or 40 is a significant milestone for adults. Most people recognize and accept that they are getting older no matter what, and others stay 29 for at least a few more years until they come to terms with their age.
Ross seemingly forgets his age and consistently refers to him as being 29 years old. There are three separate seasons in which he references being 29: season three, when Monica asks if he wants some chocolate milk; season four, when the guys don’t want to party anymore; and season five, when Ross complains about possibly getting divorced for the second time before he turns 30.
