#5: Trust Your Gut
Sometimes we’re faced with decisions that can be pretty hard to make, and in those times, we’re told to follow our gut and trust our instincts. Following your gut can be hard, but it’s always the right thing to do. When something feels like the right or the wrong thing to do, you can literally feel it in your gut.
Apparently, gut feelings have scientific validity. They aren’t just “good instincts”, but emotionally intuitive signals transmitted from our gut to our brains. I can personally say I was recently faced with a difficult decision, but I followed this gut feeling that told me not to go along with it- and a week later, I feel like I made the right call and dodged a bullet.
