#23: The Future
According to a recent survey, only 15% of Americans have confidence in Congress, which is about the same percentage of people who think pineapple belongs on pizza. Meanwhile, the number of Americans who trust the government is about as rare as a unicorn sighting at a taxidermy convention. Of course, each generation thinks differently.
As you can see from this chart, it looks like we’ve got a serious lack of faith in our leaders. Especially with the younger generations! I guess we’ll just have to stick to trusting our gut on whether pineapple belongs on pizza. That’s a far easier conversation for people to have.
