Did you know that the number of people who eat shrimp in America has massively increased over the years? In fact, in 2020, Americans ate approximately 4.4 lbs of shrimp per person. That’s a lot of seafood! However, most of these people actually know how to eat it, unlike the woman from this story.

Thankfully, shrimp is one of the healthier seafood because it has only around 84 calories for a 3-ounce serving of it. It’s also high in nutrients like iodine and omega-3 fatty acids. I wonder how many calories this woman ended up spitting out? She probably regrets it now, knowing how healthy it is.
