#48: Shots Shots Shots Shots Shots…Everybody
We tend to think that high-level managers should exemplify behavior and professional norms, especially in settings where they are visible to their teams. However, incidents like this one, where even the company’s president succumbs to the temptations of excess, crack this idealized image. In the U.S., it’s estimated that about 15% of workers have been impaired by alcohol at work-related events.
This story exemplifies how even leadership roles are included in this estimation. Such scenarios, while often brushed off as mere missteps, actually carry more profound implications about leadership responsibility and the influence of senior staff on company culture. We can’t deny it must have been a funny moment, though.
