#20: Lights! Camera! Where’s the Action?
In 1991, a young Washington couple unsuccessfully tried to film an out-of-this-world lighting phenomenon. A bright star had caught their attention but alarmed them when it seemed to mutate. According to them, what started as a beautiful light enlarged from 1 to 20 spots of light in a ball, then turned red.
After rotating, then joining back together into a single light, it split again. This time there were five different lights, which flashed and flew off. It’s a whole story, and to this day no one can explain what exactly they saw. It’s a cool bedtime story to tell your grandkids, though, isn’t it?
