#10: Experience Doesn’t Always Equal Intelligence
Generally speaking, when someone has years of experience in a certain field, it can often mean that they have developed serious expertise. When you think about it, spending day in and day out doing the same thing and learning more as you go, you are bound to become pretty skilled in your craft.
So the fact that a professional chef was convinced that an industrial oven was a microwave and proceeded to put metal inside of it is pretty shocking. You would think that a veteran chef would know when not to put certain materials inside certain machines, but hey, no one is perfect.
