#37: Vintage Toys
Remember the Seinfeld episode where Jerry dates a woman only for her vintage toy collection? Maybe that’s an episode you’d like to forget, but that’s what this collection brings to mind. We don’t even know where to begin with this collection of vintage toys. We spy several old Pez dispensers on the shelf, many fantastic plastic figurines, and even a row of some very interesting-looking soldiers. But perhaps the most eye-catching of all is the collection of toy cars.
These old Matchbox cars make us nostalgic for the ones we had as kids. They were so different from each other; you could find nearly any make and model. Some had doors, trunks, and even hoods that popped open, and they all had wheels that actually turned. This collection seems to have it all.
