Career Change
Justin Wren, the MMA artist, decided to trade in his gloves for a shovel to help out some disenfranchised Pygmy slaves in Congo. I mean, talk about a career change! Instead of fighting people in the ring, he decided to fight for others in a much more meaningful way.
Not only did he and his team dig wells to provide clean water, but they also started farming programs to teach the Pygmies how to survive on their own again. I guess you could say that Justin went from “knockout artist” to “life-saving farmer” in no time. But let’s be real, who needs a championship belt when you have the satisfaction of knowing you’re making a real difference in the world?
