#18: The Right Way to Wash Your Hands
We all know how to wash our hands. It’s a basic action we perform on a daily basis. Or at least, that’s what we think. If you’ve ever seen the medically approved hand-washing procedure, you’ll realize that you’ve probably been doing a shabby job all this time. It’s important to teach people how to wash their hands properly because it helps prevent diseases.
We appreciate this figure, pulled from a section on handwashing, for teaching us how to wash our hands properly, but the problem is that we get lost in one step. The words make sense, but that illustration is hard to understand. We don’t blame this person. They’re just doing what the manual says.
