Ross Ignores His Birthday
Turning a decade is a significant feat, although most people view it on the negative side after the age of 30. Turning 30 or 40 are significant milestones for adults. Most people recognize and accept that they are getting older no matter what, and others stay 29 at least a few more years until they come to terms with their age.
Ross seemingly forgets what age he is and consistently references to being 29 years old. There are three separate seasons where he references to being 29 – season three when Monica asks if he wants some chocolate milk, season four when the guys don’t want to party anymore, and season five when Ross complains about possibly getting divorced for the second time before he turns 30.
