We have no doubt that needing good and well-trained staff is a must for many celebrities out there. Their busy schedules and crazy daily activities require a whole team in order to execute them properly. However, no one wants to sign up for a job that they know off the bat is going to require “thick skin.”

No offense to the Real Housewife, Bethenny Frankel, but we’re not sure that she has the clout to demand she has “thick-skinned” assistants. We’re not saying that certain celebrities have a greater ability to treat people badly depending on how famous they are, but when a D-list celebrity requires such intense assistance, it doesn’t seem right.
