Snip Snip
To the OP, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. You didn’t receive your USB cable snipped in twain. Nobody put it in the bag with an actual cable cut in it. This package appears to have been snipped open by someone who wasn’t even paying attention.
It’s a little difficult to open this type of packaging, but it’s not rocket surgery. Ask for assistance with tasks that require mental processing the next time around. It’s never a bad idea to get help from someone who’s a little handier around scissors than yourself.
