#2: Make a Plan B
We’ve all experienced that surge of anxiety in vulnerable moments when we weren’t sure what to do next. Having a plan and knowing where to escape or hide resonates with our innate desire for security. And whilst some people might think this sounds intense and necessary, you can never be too prepared.
It might be scary to think about, but it is these thoughts that can be the difference between fear and survival. The most important thing is that we feel safe in our surroundings and have a plan of attack if we desperately need it. Buying time might seem silly, but it can often be the thing that helps us the most.
