Bad Blockage
Getting something stuck in your trachea is not as uncommon as you think. In fact, every year, around 80,000 people end up in the ER because they got something stuck in their trachea. You’d think we would learn by now to not play with our food, but apparently not!
Some of the most common things that get stuck in people’s trachea include food, toys, and even jewelry. And before you start judging, it’s not just kids who get things stuck in their trachea; adults do it too. But hopefully, it’s only the kids who get a toy soldier stuck there!
