Mental Health
Mental health is certainly not something to ever joke about, affecting every generation of Americans. However, people’s willingness to get treatment and talk about those issues widely varies. Apparently, Gen Z is the generation most likely to seek professional help for mental health issues, with most of them speaking to one already.
Meanwhile, Baby Boomers are more likely to rely on self-help methods, with a majority of them reporting to have used meditation or exercise to improve their mental health. Whatever method you think is best, it’s important you look after your mind as well as your body. They’re your most valuable assets!
