James Blunt – Great Self-Humor
It’s possible to have respect for a celebrity you don’t necessarily like. Take James Blunt, for example. He’s not necessarily “hated” by people, but his music definitely garners some hostile responses. However, the same people who love to talk smack about his music usually admit begrudging respect for the guy. Why? Enter Twitter.
James Blunt is famous for roasting his haters with witty, seething Twitter (or “X”) responses. “No one really likes James Blunt, right?” one tweet read. “Yeah, I bought those 20 million albums myself,” he replied. There’s nothing more embarrassing than a Twitter-nobody getting directly roasted by the celebrity in question. Even if you’re not a fan, you have to respect James for withstanding the trolls and the subtweets. That’s no easy feat.
