#37: Are You Being Served?
People who live outside of major urban centers have always been at a bit of a disadvantage in that they are often less served when it comes to things like cellular phone or Internet service. Loads of companies have prided themselves on—or even based their entire company strategy on—providing service to these underserved areas.

So, after all that effort, why are there so many places that still have bad Internet or no Internet whatsoever? How have we made all of these technological advances but we can’t figure out how to solve this problem?
