Unsuitable for Management
In managerial roles, certain fundamental qualities are indispensable for success. As a team leader, a manager is responsible for coordinating schedules, overseeing operations, and, most importantly, ensuring accountability. However, it appears that not all managers comprehend the gravity of these obligations. It’s incredible how some leaders need help to grasp the most basic aspects of their job description.
Take, for instance, the situation where this manager couldn’t be bothered to handle a simple task himself. Instead, he dispatched a swarm of 3-4 individuals to pester a poor woman about getting a birthday card for an upcoming celebration. The sheer absurdity of it all is mind-boggling. One can’t help but question if such a person is truly fit for a managerial position. Perhaps it’s time for a reality check and a reassessment of their qualifications.
