#48: A True Explorer
National Geographic magazine is a true treasure. It began publication over 100 years ago, back in 1888. Originally intended as a scholarly journal, it is widely famous today for its incredible photojournalism of wildlife around the world. We’ve all grown up familiar with these iconic yellow magazines that showed us parts of the world about which we could only fantasize.
This collection is incredible, and the photo here doesn’t even show the full scope of the owner’s array of National Geographics. Even more incredible? The issues are cataloged and displayed in order by month and year. Oh, how we would love a whole day to sit and peruse these magazines!
