Don’t Skip Arm Day
Here’s the thing about soccer: you don’t need to have a strong upper body to play the sport well. Well, unless you’re the goalie, then maybe you shouldn’t have angel-hair pasta for arms. But for everyone else on the field and on the benches, all you really need to do is focus on your cardio and leg muscles.
That’s why so many soccer players look like Greek Gods from the waist down. Their arms, on the other hand, could definitely use some bulking up. It’s not like football or basketball, where the athletes are beefy from top to bottom.
