Truck Dining
When it comes to outdoor dining or having a patio, there are many rules restaurants must follow—usually having to do with avoiding traffic and staying off of specified sidewalks. If your restaurant is struggling to get around some especially stringent outdoor dining rules, then this next hack is for you.
Yes! The answer is to rent a flatbed truck and place your dining chairs and tables on top for an alternative dining experience. Not only does this help make the patio legal, but it also makes it easy to clean up and move when the patio season is over! Just makes sure the truck isn’t in motion while people drink and dine.
